The Hypatia Collaborative Team are hosting an informational webinar about Shared Services Organization Models. These are administrative and operational structures that can efficiently and effectively support the back office needs of small to medium sized nonprofits. These models can be used to address capacity-building, funder risk and compliance, and buoy nonprofits in crisis.
The Hypatia Collaborative has developed and implemented a Shared Services Organization model in St. Petersburg, Florida for the past three years. We are here to share our experiences, other models being implemented or developed, and the potential to support a sector facing unprecedented funding challenges.
