Creative Clay

Creative Clay’s mission is to help people with disabilities achieve full and inclusive lives by providing expressive, educational and vocational experiences in the arts. Creative Clay’s Good Folk Gallery is a folk art collector’s paradise! We are open to the public five days per week and for the St. Petersburg Arts Alliance Second Saturday ArtWalks and Creative Clay’s First Friday Art Markets. Visitors can shop at our Good Folk Gallery, Creative Thrift repurpose art supply store, and explore our five working studios, where visitors can meet the member artists and even have their portrait drawn.

James B. Sanderlin Neighborhood Family Center

The James B. Sanderlin Neighborhood Family Center provides programs and services to children and families.  Our mission is cultivating a community where children and families are valued, loved, and destined to succeed. 

Competitive Readers Coalition

The Competitive Readers Coalition has committed to fighting the Literacy crisis in all inner cities, starting with Pinellas County. Our Mission: Is to transform lives by empowering, edifying, and encouraging excellence in black & brown boys, 1 Book, 1 Haircut, 1 Barber/Mentor at a time. Our objective is to change the world by instilling a love for reading in young black boys globally, promoting positive images through books that incorporate name, image, and likeness, providing mentorship and support in sports, building home libraries, and fostering essential life and financial skills.

The Digital Asset Museum

The Digital Asset Museum is a 501(c)(3) cultural institution dedicated to preserving, contextualizing, and exhibiting the most significant works and movements of the digital asset era – from early NFTs to blockchain-native art and beyond. With a permanent location in St. Petersburg, Florida, the museum serves as both an archival foundation and a living exhibition space for digital cultural history. Our mission is rooted in rigorous curatorial practice, historical preservation, and public engagement. Through exhibitions, artist-led projects, and immersive storytelling, we aim to ensure that the origins and evolution of digital assets and decentralized creative expression are remembered – not lost to time.

Canguros

Canguros is a nonprofit located in St. Petersburg passionate about connection and positive mental health in children. As a bilingual, holistic school, we focus on whole child development, inclusion, and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in their own skin – all of this is made possible by our low 1:6 teacher-to-student ratios. We currently serve preschool and elementary aged children ages 2+ with plans to expand to include a middle and high school.

Your Real Stories is an award winning theatrical journalism company that has been sharing the stories of real people for more than a decade. We start with interviews. Then we create original theatre, photography, art, dance and more, all inspired by the real lives of our neighbors. It’s a powerful way to get to know our community.

S.T.O.R.Y. 727

(Stringing Together Obviously Remarkable Youth) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and families in historically excluded communities across Florida, particularly in Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Alachua counties. Founded in 2021, S.T.O.R.Y. 727 offers a range of programs aimed at fostering personal growth, educational advancement, and community engagement. Their initiatives include financial literacy workshops, leadership development, conflict resolution, and mentorship opportunities. The organization also hosts weekly food distributions, summer camps, and family-oriented events to strengthen community bonds. Through their V.S.E.L.F. model Value, Spirituality, Entrepreneurship, Literacy, and Finance—S.T.O.R.Y. 727 addresses the root causes of low self-esteem and empowers individuals to reach their full potential. With a commitment to uplifting underserved communities, S.T.O.R.Y. 727 continues to make a lasting impact by providing resources and support to those who need it most.

Caring for Girls Academy Inc.

Caring for Girls Academy Inc. (C4G) is a 501 (3) © organization created in 2011. C4G was established to educate the community of long term effects of childhood trauma, to provide healthy strategies to cope with family trauma, and to encourage healthy relationships. Our mission is to enhance the healing process from family trauma, encourage lives to embrace healthy relationships and inspire hope for the future. C4G is a female-centered program that empowers females to live a purposeful life. C4G provides opportunities for young females to interact with diverse populations. C4G provides intervention/prevention services to girls that are facing family or environmental trauma. C4G’s goal is to empower females by providing skills to raise confidence, self-acceptance, and belonging to females aged 9-24. C4G initiative focuses on the theoretical framework of the Socioecological Model to understand the complex interplay of individual, community, and societal factors that influence human behavior and health outcome. C4G addresses social environments, including family, friends, community relationships, and support systems. We meet once a month to provide interactive activities, enrichment workshop, skills development, and preventive and intervention services related to family planning, violence and suicide, and drug prevention, as well as provide supports for processing experienced trauma.

Community Tech House Inc.

Community Tech House Inc. empowers local communities to access and use digital tools to conquer their technology barriers and advance lives. Our mission is to digitally educate and inspire all people through the power of technology while providing a positive community environment and fostering a lifelong interest in computer knowledge to open doors of opportunity. Our efforts are primarily directed at those without technology devices at home, with a focus on individuals who are from low-income households in the community. We bring computers, internet, and training sessions to those without experience allowing students to do homework, adults to search for jobs and gather needed information, seniors to connect with loved ones virtually, and all people can continue leading healthy lives.

The Real Youth Alliance

At The Real Youth Alliance, we Recognize, Educate, Acknowledge and Love our Youth by providing Financial Literacy, Guidance and Networking Resources to Troubled and Disadvantaged Youth. We believe that children are our future and must be equipped with the proper information in order to thrive in life and create a better and brighter community. We are getting this done through Financial Literacy Workshops, Networking and Strategically Designed Financial Youth Conventions.

St. Jude Great Commission CDC

St. Jude Great Commission CDC emerged from a decade-long, faith-driven dedication to providing outreach services in the Highland Oaks neighborhood of South St. Petersburg. In 2016, the CDC was officially established as a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, aiming to create economic opportunities for low and moderate-income families through homeownership and entrepreneurship. Today, we focus on constructing affordable homes, empowering families, and transforming our neighborhoods into wonderful places to live!

Florida Resurrection House

Florida Resurrection House is working to end the cycle of generational poverty and build long term stability for families in the Tampa Bay area, by offering safe and peaceful transitional housing, providing intensive case management, connecting families with wrap around services including trauma counseling, incorporating life-skills and continuing educational programs, and acting as a supportive community while families do the hard work of changing their lives.
